Nightmare Nights Dallas: Hotel, Media, Vendor List, and Artist Alley Information

Nightmare Nights Dallas

Hotel Rooms Going Fast

We at Nightmare Nights are delighted by the enthusiastic response we’ve received. As we’ve continued announcing guests, as well-known fan artists like Chaotic Brony and many others have decided to sell their outstanding work here in Dallas, and as Andrea Libman keeps re-tweeting us, our badges have been going fast. However, our hotel rooms are going even faster. Remember: while we may force you to pay when you reserve your admission—we’re jerks like that– the hotel does not! If you’re strongly considering attending Nightmare Nights this November, we’re strongly recommending you reserve your room now. Even though we’re still three months out, the hotel is filling up already. Go to, follow the link to our venue’s reservation page, and secure your room, deposit-free!

Nightmare Nights Completes Its Collection

We’ve been inviting all pony fan media members to attend, and will have representatives from The Round Stable, Equestria Daily, Derpy Hooves News, Celestia Radio, Bronyville, Ponyville Live, FOB Equestria, EFN, and (probably) Canterlot Radio. See? It can be done!

The Vendor List!

These are the vast majority of the folks you’ll encounter in our dealers room come November! It’s not fully complete as theres always negotiations in the background, but these are the community artists and craftsponies who will be vending at our event. If you’ve been wanting to purchase something from these artists and not had the chance before, come see us in November! The list, in no particular order..

BronyCAN: Con Exclusive Deals

If one were to inquire ‘What could possibly be better than ponies?’, then BronyCAN would likely return the answer “SHINY PONIES!”. As of today, BronyCAN is working with Force Start Comedy to bring attendees convention exclusive deals that can’t be found anywhere else! The Funko POP! metallic Fluttershy and Chrome Metallic Derpy Vinyl Figure is now available for pre-order, and will be delivered as soon as they are produced between November and December.

Is that all? Not by a long shot! The yet-unreleased Funko POP! Metallic Pinkie Pie and Twilight Sparkle are also available pre-order. Attendees to BronyCAN will be the first to take these shiny ponies home before they are made available to anyone else.

Pre-orders can be made with the following link, and limited quantities of the Metallic Pinkie Pie and Twilight Sparkle will will be available for sale at BronyCAN:

BronyCAN: Announcing Third Wave of Musicians and Community Guests

Good news and bad news from us pony folk at BronyCAN. The bad news first:

Two of our previously announced performing artists – DJ Midli and Brony Beamshows – are unfortunately no longer set to perform at our convention due to unforeseen circumstances. We are sad to see them go; however, we wish both of them nothing but the best with their future endeavors!

The good news – and we know y’all are used to this by now – is that we are kicking off another wave of fandom guests! BronyCAN is proud to announce:

Forest Rain!

Automatic Jack!

Rina-chanRina-chan is a voice actress, singer, and content creator in the MLP community. She is best known for her fanwork as Twilight Sparkle in the PONY.MOV series and Double Rainboom, and as Colgate/Minuette in the Brushie Song and Toothpaste Cannon videos. She has collaborated to sing with a variety of brony musicians. She also works professionally as a voice actress in anime (Accel World, Blue Exorcist, Lagrange) and video games (Skullgirls, Castle Crashers, Mugen Souls.)

Forest RainForest Rain has been creating Brony music since January 2012. His work ranges from alternative, rock, and pop/punk to orchestral and pop. He is involved in several community projects, and was the creator and producer of “The Massive Smile Project”. He is currently working as a songwriter on the fan-made feature-length film: “MLP:FiM Journey of the Spark”.YouTube:

BejotyHailing from Issaquah, WA, Bejoty is a frightening cross between musician, coder, gamer, and event planner. Originally the executive director of Everfree Northwest, he writes and composes original pony tunes as well. Only recently introduced to the music scene, his genre of choice is a mash between contemporary folk and acoustic jazz guitar styles. Bejoty has just completed his first national tour with Musiquestria, not only as the opening musician but also as the road manager of the tour.YouTube:

Automatic JackA brony since December 2011, Automatic Jack first found his way into the show through a Game Informer article and has never looked back since the first episode. Though he’s made electronic music and been a drummer for 16 years, currently performing with ‘Jade Grenade’, his work first came to the fandom’s attention with the remix of Wooden Toaster’s ‘Pinkie’s Lie’.YouTube:

DJStrachAttackDJStrachAttack is a 20-year-old electronic Brony musician and artist out of Calgary, Alberta. A newcomer to the scene, he produces a wide range of electronic music, including Techno, EDM and Dubstep. A couple of his better-known tracks include ‘Stitching It Together’ and ‘ShySt3p’.

Additionally, the North Equestrian Summer Sun album has now been released and is available for purchase and listening! All sales of this album go towards the travel and lodging expenses of our musicians performing at BronyCAN, so please support them!

We would like to remind everyone that those interested in registering for BronyCAN may do so via our website. Pre-registration will close a week before the convention!:

As well, anyone looking to purchase a hotel room for the event is encouraged to use our special promo code “BRONYCAN” to get an awesome discount exclusive to our attendees! (Free gift basket full of pony merch, Wi-Fi, airport shuttle, and parking included in price!):
