Hello, Dear Pony Friends
During the course of planning this event, Everfree Northwest continues to surpass even our wildest expectations of scope and community enthusiasm. While we have sold out of badges twice now, we have heard the constant call from eager fans all over the world who still wish to attend, despite our limited space. During this time, we have been working hard with our existing venues to re-tool our layout in the fervent hope we can accommodate more attendees. We have extensively negotiated with the hotels to create a new layout which would increase our available space. In light of this, we are pleased to announce that beginning Tuesday July 24 at 7PM Pacific, registration will be re-opened a third time for a limited number of general admission tickets. And when we say limited, we mean limited. Once they are gone, they’re gone, and registration will not be opened again. Pinkie Promise.
PLEASE NOTE: Those who purchased a Sponsor Badge after we sold out who wish to downgrade to a general admission may do so, but will lose all their awesome perks, so think hard before you make a decision and send an email to email@example.com. Also, those who bought a badge via email over the last couple of months may not see their badge in the registration system yet. Please do not panic. If you paid via Paypal, you’re fine.
Additionally, as we are looking forward to increasing our numbers, we are calling out to everypony who wishes to end a helping hoof to make our event run even more smoothly. Therefore, if you’re looking to join our talented team of Everfree Northwest Staff, please check out http://www.everfreenw.com/volunteers.php. Be aware that joining our staff is fun, but hard work and does require a purchase of general admission. However, our staff this year receives a complimentary badge next year and gets to keep their awesome staff t-shirt!
Come and join us next month for a magical weekend you’ll never forget. We can’t wait to see you there.
